On Thursday, September 23rd, 2021 Midtown officially welcomed a new mixed-use development including 675,000 SF of Class A office space, 64 residences within 40 W 12th, and a 179 key Epicurean Hotel. The grand opening was held on the development’s shared amenity space- a 1-acre Sky Terrace. Steve Selig, President and Chairman of the Board, welcomed guest as he spoke of the long standing Atlanta presence of Selig Enterprises, now in their 104th year, and the excitement of adding a novel development to the ever-expanding Atlanta skyline.
