The Board of Commissioners adopted a number of additional amendments to the UDO on July 24th. Once again, they are largely housekeeping items, and include requiring certain types of building materials for facades facing public roadways; reducing the minimum required fencing around a swimming pool from 5′ high to 4′ high, to comply with the ICC building code; and allowing a Landscape Architect or a PE to prepare a tree plan as part of required construction plans.
