The proposed code amendments for Cobb County have been revised.
- Proposed amendment to 134-37 has been added to clarify that certain special exception uses may utilize an electronic sign via a special land use permit.
- New section 134-313 (o) (3) has been added that will allow for special exception uses to utilize electronic signs in residentially zoned areas under certain restrictive conditions.
The amendments will go to the Board of Commissioners on August 25th and September 8th.
