On July 6th, Mayor and Council approved changes to both the Proportionate Share Fee Ordinance and the Impact Fee Ordinance to provide consistency between the two documents. Also added was a new “priority use” in the partial exemptions, for residential development and redevelopment projects in the Main Street district that voluntarily incorporate fire sprinkler systems.
