Mayor Reed named Jo Ann J. Macrina as the new Commissioner of the Department of Watershed Management on April 6th. This department is responsible for Atlanta’s drinking water and wastewater systems. Macrina is a registered professional civil engineer with over two decades of municipal operations experience. Currently, she serves as Deputy Director of the Watershed Protection Division for DeKalb County and is President of the American Society of Civil Engineers for Georgia.
