The
Council for Quality Growth is pleased to announce changes to leadership and promotions among two team members.
Kathryn Jones has been promoted to Director of Membership & Marketing. Kathryn joined the Council’s team in January 2021, most recently serving as Manager of Marketing & Communications. She will continue to oversee the organization’s marketing, communications, public relations, and branding efforts. In this new role, Kathryn will also direct all membership responsibilities including recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts. “In her tenure at the Council, Kathryn has developed a great knowledge and understanding of our membership. Her dedication and expertise as well as her leadership skills are all very valuable assets here,” said Michael Paris, President & CEO.
Kristen Martin will now serve as the Council’s Events Manager. Kristen joined the team in May of last year in the new role of Programs Coordinator. She will continue to be responsible for the planning, logistics, and execution of the Council’s various programs and events. In her first year, Kristen has greatly elevated the Council’s programs and played a crucial role in creating a platform for the Council’s core work. “Kristen’s creativity and events expertise continues to impress. Her increasingly high standard for Council events has been an integral part of our success this year,” said Michael Paris.
