This Tuesday, the City of Dunwoody Development staff, including City Planner Rebecca Keefer, along with the Council for Quality Growth, held an informational session open to the public, to explain the zoning and land development changes that were adopted this month by the City Council. The City has been working with Duncan Associates on their Zoning Code Rewrite over the last year, with input from both citizens and members of the development community throughout the process. The Council was involved in two separate occasions, including the Council’s Dekalb Advisory Committee Meeting with Community Development Staff and City Manager Warren Hutmacher in order to gain input from Council Members on the proposed zoning and land development changes. The Council would like to commend the Dunwoody Community Development staff on their work with these updates and reaching out to members of the development community for input throughout the process.
