The Council for Quality Growth has named Kathryn Jones as Vice President of Membership & Operations. She has served as the Council’s Director of Membership & Marketing since June of 2023. In that time, she’s contributed heavily to the Council’s membership growth, marketing strategy, and team development. Kathryn and her team achieved record-breaking membership numbers in 2024 under her leadership.
In addition to membership development and sponsorship sales, Kathryn’s team of 3 is responsible for all member relations and communications, office management, financial reporting and oversight, as well as marketing, creative content, and website and database management.
In her new role as Vice President of Membership & Operations, Kathryn will work closely with the President & CEO on strategic planning, financial management, business operations, human resources, and the other daily activities of association management.

Kathryn first joined the Council in January of 2021 and is now in her 5th year with the organization. She has held various roles across the programs, marketing, and membership departments, all of which have contributed to her well-rounded knowledge and understanding of the Council’s members and mission. She has also been the central driver for the highly successful INTERSECTION Quality Development Conference and has led the Emerging Leaders Initiative by curating high level content and meaningful programs for a growing group of young professionals in the Council membership. As Vice President of Membership & Marketing, Kathryn will continue to work to advance the Council’s presence, reach, and mission around the region.
