DRAFT: Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) Fiscal Year 24-27
The STIP is a fiscally balanced set of transportation investments with project phases that are scheduled to be ready within the fiscal years shown. Project schedules are projections of the likely timing of work on various phases, and are subject to change, based on the unforeseeable aspects of and unpredictable events that can sometimes occur between the initial conception of a project and let-to-bid for construction that may impede or accelerate progress.
