Peachtree City has updated its Capital Improvements Element of the Comprehensive Plan and sent it to the Atlanta Regional Commission for review. Once the Capital Improvements Element is approved, the city will revise the Impact Fee Ordinance to reflect the new Capital Improvements Element. Amounts for the new impact fees are not yet known.
