Charlotte Nash won 55 percent of the vote to be elected Chairman of the Gwinnett Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, March 15th. Nash collected 10,693 votes to beat Larry Gause (4,977 votes), Gerald Duane Kissel (1,704 votes) and Will Costa (1,690 votes) to avoid a runoff election on April 12th. Nash is the former Gwinnett County Administrator and a native of Dacula. The Council would like to congratulate Mrs. Nash and looks forward to working with her in her new role.
