Perimeter CID Looking Like a Million Bucks
On Monday July 2, 2012 the Perimeter CID was awarded a $1 million grant from the Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank (GTIB).
The Grant will be allotted to streetscape and roadway improvements. Specifically, improvements are slated for Lake Hearn Drive and Peachtree Dunwoody Road. This is the second GTIB grant the Perimeter CID has been awarded. In 2010, an $800,000 grant assisted with the design and engineering of Georgia’s first diverging diamond interchange recently opened to motorists at the I-285 and Ashford Dunwoody Road interchange.
