On Wednesday, December 4, 2024 the Council for Quality Growth hosted the latest of our semi-annual Water Forum programs. The topic of discussion was the current challenges and challengers facing our state’s water resources, including state challenges to WOTUS Rule, court decisions applying Sackett, Florida’s loss of the 404 Program, and the endangered Tri-Colored Bat Listing. Gerald Pouncey, Chairman & Senior Partner, and Stephen McCullers, Partner with Morris, Manning & Martin met with over 40 Council members and water professionals to discuss the impacts of these factors on development and resources.
