In its 3^rd year, The INTERSECTION is a place where public policy and private investment meet to discuss metro Atlanta’s critical issues, hear best practices, and stay educated on topics as they relate to metro Atlanta’s ability to grow and prosper. Part II will explore our regional efforts to create a balanced and affordable housing inventory that meets the needs of our ever-growing communities. Expert speakers will divulge regional housing data and what it tells us, discuss the “Largest Single Investment in Affordable Housing in Atlanta’s History” and how that investment is being used, explore innovative funding mechanisms to create housing that is affordable, and reimagine the suburban built environment in ways that activate housing projects.
