Gwinnett County is hosting an upcoming Developer Information Forum, a reoccurring meeting hosted by Gwinnett Planning and Development Department that offers updates on ordinances, regulations, policies, and procedures. The focus of this quarter’s forum is the Unified plan and amendments to the County’s Unified Development Ordinance. The Board of Commissioner recently held a joint session with the County’s Planning Commission on the UDO and Unified Plan. Staff have started hosting educational sessions for the broader public.
The meeting allows development representatives to ask questions and interact with representatives from various county departments, including Planning and Development, Water Resources, Transportation, and Community Services.
This event will take place in the Auditorium at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center located at 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville.
